目的研究白芥子醇提物对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和醋酸(HAc)致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加试验,研究白芥子的抗炎作用;热板法和扭体实验研究白芥子的镇痛作用。结果白芥子醇提物能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀,对小鼠毛细血管通透性增加有非常显著的抑制作用;并能显著延长小鼠痛反应时间,减少扭体次数。结论白芥子具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用。
Abstract:Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Brassica alba extract.Methods The anti-inflammatory effect was tested by xylene caused mice ear edema model and increase of permeability of mice capillary caused by ethanoic acid.Analgesic effect in mice was observed by torsion and hot-plate methods.Results The extract of Brassica alba had marked inhibiting effect on the degree of swelling of mice ear and the permeability of the capillary,and it can also significantly delay the plant reaction time and reduce the writhing times of the mice Conclusion The extract of Brassica alba has a remarkable effects on anti-inflammation and analgesia.
